Visualising FRET

These images depict RNA conformers of FRET species, resolved by non denaturing PAGE. Species were evaluated to ensure the FRET drug discovery assay operated as expected. Work performed at the University of Edinburgh, circa 2008-2012.

Titrating a candidate

Using a radio adenylation assay, putative inhibitors of REL 1, an anti HAT target (based on in silico modelling) were identified. One identified candidate was titrated to enumerate potency. Work performed at the University of Edinburgh, circa 2008-2012.
